Mauro and Roberto chase two robbers who have just robbed a jewelry store: the fugitives run over an elderly man, forcing the officers to stop. From an image taken by the jewelry store's video camera, the new arrival Anna discovers a scarification on the criminal's wrist. Mauro and Roberto notice an identical mark on the photo in a local tattoo shop: the man photographed is a criminal, Mottola, who is immediately captured.
