FONG goes to U.S. to observe her new working environment. KIN places an advertisement to announce that BLACK ROSE will steal the `Ocean of the Heart`. SHEUNG falls into the trap. SHEUNG is being shot down by KI. CHU witnesses that KI has shot down SHEUNG. CHU grieves with pain. KI is shocked.
